Unpopular Opinion: If you sign a contract, you have to honour that contract even if it looks unfavourable in hindsight. He's had a couple of different appeals now and they've all came out in Cube's favour which leads me to believe, there isn't anything unfair about his contract. To me this just sounds like a case of his father getting too greedy and wanting more money...

When he first started trying to terminate wasn't there stuff with Cube faking someone's signature and also not informing him of activities and stuff?
Edit: Apparently, they also sold his contract or something and he didn't find out until months later

I don't really have much trust in companies in general Cube left a bad taste in my mouth with Beast/Highlight stuff and i'm not even their fan.

I know Tao's cases got rejected in the Korean court system several times but he finally won in a court in China. I question if the courts there don't have bias against foreign idols (foreign workers in general honestly). Especially, since his case is supposedly similar to Kang Daniel's but Daniel won his. I remember Sorn had to call Cube out and criticize a law that prevents foreign workers from getting paid there the same time as everyone else.
