the Contestants on American idol are some of the most bland singers I’ve ever heard in my life. The newer seasons are just bland and boring central and you rlly don’t have to know much about singing to go to Hollywood. Actually I’ve noticed that they deny people who can actually sing a lot of the time.

Shawn mendes is boring. Talented singer but all he does is stand on stage with a guitar, wears a flannel and calls it a day.

I absolutely can not stand Ed sheeran. His quality in terms of music has just gone down the hole in the last few years.

right I've been watching American idol since I was a kid simply because my mom is so infatuated with the show and the show has progressively gotten worse over the years. they pick anyone who can hold a note. so many of these people who win the show barely make it big lmao.

I thought that they had an interesting kid on there last year but he didn't win... even though he was so much better than anyone else on the show. I think the majority of people were rooting for him to win. he was runner up instead.


and yeah Shawn Mendes is just another boring white boy with a guitar. I don't think I've ever seen him do anything different with his performances.
