Apparently it’s an Italian thing, the guy who runs this channel used to work in the comic book industry and says it’s pretty common for them. Apparently it was also the preferred style for Disney Fairies aka the Tinkerbell books.

Eeh I have read some italian comics and they didn't have that style Tbh, i'm not sure if there even is exact italian art style, at least not as strongly as there is japanese etc. art styles. To me it just looks like western comic.
