Appreciation One thing about Star Wars that I really do appreciate (1 Viewer)

There aren't a lot of comic relief characters. My family was watching the Lord of the Rings and I remembered how much I hated how they portrayed Gilmi, who was a perfectly good and functional character in the books, as a loser. Star Wars does have comic relief at moments, such as C3PO in the prequels, but at the end of the day all characters serve a purpose and they aren't there jut to be laughed at. The exception may be Jar Jar but he's so hated that even if it's his purpose they failed really bad

Ok prequel trilogy Jar Jar is bad(not kps' @JarJarBinks , hes the best n i love him), but watto n the neimoidians r also stereotypes who were ok while i watched it the first time but struck me as needlessly caricaturish thereafter; Nien Nunb also had the same but longer delayed effect on me, nostalgia makes me forgive them but i wish tat more examples like General Statura , Bodhi Rook, Baze Malbus, n Chirrut Imwe were representative instead of the above.
