I know nothing about Jojo except there are some Jojos with powers, what powers? I have no idea the art style and character designs all seem pretty funky and unique tho so it's relatively easy to recognise them I guess

It is, it's definitely unique. I have tried to watch some, but couldn't get into it.. But i know that there is lots of plp who have freaky powers and "stands" like that purple thing that they summon to fight or sth. Jojos are family or sth that evil vampire family which Dio as head tries to kill or sth.

Yep it's older, for 40th shonen jump anniversary. You're right it's lacking all the new ones :)
