I'm a weirdo and scared of most things
but I find I have the weirdest nightmares
like right now I'm scared of
the invisible man
wasn't scared of the movie etc
but my partner works nights
so we have different habits
like he tucked the top covers in
and when i went to pull the covers it didn't move
so naturally scared shit out of me
trying to descare myself cause I'm so paranoid right now
so writing this out kinda helped tbh​

it was so gross and wrong : / I always think there is someone who is in my bed, who isn't there. : o

same I know it apart cause I do norm sleep wother my partner and when he not here my head decideso someelse must be there instead..

worst part is I'm terrified of closing my eyes and opening eyes to someone in my face so I can't sleep when like this

I just think it came up from me being scared of snakes and not having a gf for years I believe :o
I don't think there is any specific meaning to it.

The fact we made out and stuff felt like such a violation

tbh there so many syfy movies with snake woman
it honestly isn't that weardrum just unique specially as snakes scare you

Yeah. But I usually have dreams where I make out with the women in them
and then it turns all occult, satanic on me near the end and I end up dying.
Like that snake woman dream I end up dying in some way too : /

Maybe it sign you ain't ready to be in a relationship
as you connecting fears to being in a relationship shows you are scared of being hurt I guess
or you been hurt before kinda thing
I feel like your dreams maybe telling you something tbh

I think so too honestly. That I am not ready for a relationship and I think of death and the satanic too much.
Which is why suicide haunts me as well most days.

suicide thoughts are the worst and there always someone who will linten even if it a doctor

I talk about it with my psychologist and my doctor yes.
But there is only so much they can tell me as advice to help.
I have had these kind of dreams ever since I was a small child.

honnestly everyone has there go to dream
what if they haven't got much tof think about it goes to that..
maybe cause you dreamt about it so much that has become yours..
maybe try and change it come up with something you liked since you were a child and make a effort to dream about that as much you can

My dreams have a horrible way of twisting themselves into something unpleasant. Good dream or otherwise....

Maybe have a method of taking yourself out that head space when you wake up?

listen to a good song.. drink something not sugary.. read a part of a book..walk around your room couple times

just to refresh your mind instead of focusing on the dream

I'll try but I don't have high hopes of it changing anytime soon.
I don't even like going to sleep because of it. Like I 'fear sleep'.

Maybe wait until your exhausted until you go to bed than if you fear sleep son much

just make sure you are super tired early

so you can sleep enough
