Now imo, without any knowledge of her, I'd say the beginning is at least sampled.
But I feel like the song overall has a totally different direction than Hip.
Going way more into the EMD territory. The song also samples this huge meme at parts. (or well the original that this meme was made from)



Now however, knowing that she is a K-Pop fan, and she did contribute to the song, she definitely is aware of the similar sound.
I don't think she and the producers thought "let's just steal this beat no one will notice."
As someone who likes K-Pop I'd imagine you are aware of the bunch of plagiarize accusations that have been happening over the last few years.
(at least that is all I got from all the comments on different videos about this)

Also apparently she's only 16-17 years old, so if the producers actually didn't sample it or got the rights for the beat then she is definitely not the one to blame.

That said, I think the song is still a bop.

That being said, if any moo moos decide to drag this girl lmaoo all of Mamamoo's newer songs sound similar to some songs to me (and lets not forget that one song they straight up stole)
Maybe the same producer or it could've been that it was passed through a few producers and one of them also created hip? That could explain the similarities. Lots of songs pass through different producers' hands and they sometimes add a signature sound to it

Hmm I agree that some parts have been taken but I see in the comments that people don't care because they say it's a good song.
But I think if it was someone taking parts from a BG song, there would be uproar.
Like I heard that someone copied GOT7's song and now there is complete uproar.
