So, who is the urban monk?
We all are, An urban monk is someone who is practical, real and tolerant of life's ups and downs.
Spirituality is a way of life that is easy-going.
You enjoy people, life, food, nature.
If you want to do yoga, you don't have to wear Lululemon or change your name to Shiva.
If your practice makes you self-righteous and stuck-up, then it's not working.
You can be at peace, regardless of your life, family or financial situation.
Not everyone can be a monk or meditate in a cave.
So, do breathing exercises, small diet changes and other adjustments, which will result in greater energy and vitality.
This is for those who can't run away from their lives.
What are you doing here? This is not your life.
You need to go back to the world.
On that day, you can choose to give up the life of an ascetic and become a householder.

If you can't spare 10 minutes to meditate in the morning, that's on you. If you know what you know and don't make healthy choices for yourself, that's on you.
