I do not think he is a K-pop idol. He may sing in Korean, he may put out primarily Korean songs, but has he trained specifically for it? He's not under a Korean company, technically. He's not based in Korea, and I believe the company he's under is based in London and primarily British? If singing in Korean and producing songs in Korean means k-pop idol, then I'm a k-pop idol.

I do get where you're coming from, but I think there's more to being a kpop star than just singing and producing songs in Korean. I don't think that training is a necessary part to becoming a k-pop idol like some people I know, but I do think that being under a Korean company is part of it.

i forgot he existed. But he is Korean, he puts out Korean songs, and he is based in Korea. I wasn't trying to say that you have to be in a Korean company to be a kpop star (it came off that way, sorry), but a lot of the time it is a big part of becoming one. And Holland is based in Korea, but Oli London isn't. His songs aren't good, not that that's a deciding factor, and his Korean in it is pretty...well...not great. And it's not a requirement to be fluent in Korean, but even the stars that can't quite speak Korean can just sound fluent when the sing in it.
