Your concert bucketlist? (1 Viewer)

Mine is now pretty short... I've seen Taeyeon, Red Velvet, Blackpink, Dreamcatcher and Twice in recent years. So that now only leaves IU and SNSD who let;s be honest, probably won't ever hold another tour again *sighs*

IU is one of my favourite soloists, and it's performances like this that makes me really want to see her!!!!



Her vocals and energy are just something else

What about everyone else though? Who do you have on your bucketlist of artists that you really want to see live?

edit: I’d love to maybe someday visit the SNH48 theatre too (Song Xinran’s Black Baccara perf was *chefs kiss*)

I've been debating on whether or not to reply here. I decided to give it a go.

If I ever go to that part of the world; I'd probably not go to Korea, and I'd land on Japan instead. A PassCode concert would be my top priority. After that, maybe a second PassCode concert would be great. Once that is crossed out, a third PassCode concert would be in line. For a fourth, maybe I'd go to either a NECROMA or NEOJAPO concert.

I know I know; this is the Korea section. In Korea, either Dreamcatcher or Bursters would possibly hold enough interest for me to go; but as things are right now, I'd go to Japan first.

I've been to concerts in both Korea and Japan, and it's just my own personal opinion here. But I prefer the concerts that are held in Japan.... Partly because I have a easier time following the talks and songs that are in Japanese. But because of the bigger venues (I've been to the Kyocera Dome and Yokohama Arena), I feel that the concerts are held to a grander scale, compared to the smaller Korean venues that Red Velvet, Taeyeon etc are given....

Korea & Japan over concerts that are held in the West though.... Went to Blackpink in London. And compared to when I saw them in Osaka, which was very easy and stress free. The London concert had very long queuing times, and the security weren't controlling people in the queues very well......

I think the concert sets are also way more elaborate in Korea and Seoul. Some of those big Tokyo concert stages for SNSD and EXO seem pretty amazing, though I've only seen those on video.

Speaking practically: Blackpink, Twice, BTS. By the time I'll be able to find the time and means to get to Korea, Jessica and Gfriend definitely won't be options. So possibly Yerin, IU and Woodz

I often walk past the AKB Theatre on my visits to Akihabara. As well as going into the same building on my shopping trips to Donki, as the theatre is located in the same building. I haven't ever been inside the theatre itself though....

There used to be an AKB themed cafe & shop as well. But that closed at the end of last year, due to ongoing renovations around the Akihabara station area.

The cafe that was there, used to sell AKB48 themed food & drink that was designed by the idols themselves, and the shop sold merchandise and photos.
There was talks of it being relocated to another area. But I haven't heard anything since the sudden announcement of the cafe's closure.
