? You can eat yogurt, a fruit, or just straight up bread lol. You can also skip breakfast altogether, it’s not a big deal (Kellogg’s made you the lie that breakfast is the most important meal)

I don't like yogurt and we don't have fruit enough at my house. Also breakfast helps her rid of the nasty taste of my meds so that's one reason why I never skip it.
