group projects. you look at the person you wanna work with, but since no one likes you and you're trash, they never actually wanna work with you and look the other direction and you always are left to work alone and so when your "friends" finally notice they're like oH sOrRy mAybE nExT tImE but then next time comes and it's the same shit :/

like there are some classes where literally all my friends are there so it's super easy to find friends to team up with, others where I can find a group since I have pretty good?? marks
that happened a lot more often in elementary school tbh since I was a lot more reserved ig, didn't feel comfortable with the people in my classes

I had one teacher who would use those random generators for anything (seating plan. group projects) and it saved so much time

I hated most if not all people in my class days and just never wanted to go to primary or high school.
One of the worst periods of my life growing up.

I just wanted the day to end and I never had anyone to go with, since I was ridiculed for being different : /

Really? I mean I was never left alone and had a few friends always, but still as a quiet and shy person who only used to stick to certain people, college helped me grow and I became a social butterfly.

I guess its different for people. But OP needs not to restrict her mentality about herself and her potential.

At least at school I only needed to follow others around in those group things. In college if I didnt decide to lead at some point I'd be screwed, specially because others were without motivation already.

I think it depends on lots of stuff though, and my school was decent imo - at least compared to the average schools around here.

Man I feel this. My guy friends in high school were pretty considerate though, so I usually paired up with them unless there was an uneven number in my girl friends.
