i have hopes for CLC, seems like they kind of trying to rebrand with the new logo and colors etc., might even be a lightstick coming at this point (unless they have one i slept on lol)

as for BP, altho the track is produced by Teddy iirc, I hope he had enough creativity to give us something new cuz they definitely went for something much cuter for a concept this time

The song was actually co-written by Ariana Grande and some of her producers helped to produce the song with Teddy so I have high hopes!

I have to agree with @vogue and @Mairi to be honest, not even (G)I-DLE delivered for me this summer. I did like Treasure's debut but that song didn't really give me summer vibes. Dynamite is actually a BOP and a half but I feel like summer is mostly over and it's super rainy where I live right now so it's a bit too late in the day for me. I'm hoping that the weather heats up in September for BP's comeback and my bday though...

To be honest, there aren't many Ari songs that I don't like and with this being such a high profile release, I think everyone will have worked their asses off on it plus Interscope must have faith in the song if they got Selena to do the feature...

I love Dumbi Dumbi, Juicy, Dynamite and then a lot of female soloists songs like Holo, Away or Whale.

Not the best Kpop summer for me but not the worst.

Summer 2020 has been pretty quiet for me too. EXO-SC’s and Rocket Punch’s albums were both awesome, but otherwise it’s only really SF9’s Summer Breeze I really liked.
