I don't think that's true necessarily. That would mean you can only be skilled in things you're naturally talented in, but you can gain skills in anything if you commit hard enough to it. Like, I really don't have the right mind for stuff like maths, but I was at least able to scrape by in school. But either way, having skills is still a great thing. You don't have to be talented to be awesome.
