Just in time to worry about my interview like crazy tomorrow, I don't even get any rest before that.

I think I was already thinking about tomorrow and remembering that I needed to bring a water bottle and so I took them because I was thinking about them

Well maybe you could write down a note or something: stating how to best avoid that in future?
I do that now. I tell myself not to take anything when I am half out of it or not thinking clearly.
