Listening to music
Cleaning
Or cutting things/or stabbing something with a knife.

Last one doesnt happen as much unless I'm cooking or doing arts and crafts. People that know me don't like when I have sharp objects and I'm really quiet.
But then I like slicing things alot so I cook alot lol

I just listen to music to help calm me down. But it usually lingers for weeks afterward, when I am mad at someone or something.
