The artist threads are on life support too. At this point, why not make one of them a sub-forum for the other?

I see more hope for Artist Threads than the rest, since people will want the badges

Getting them by spamming on general is too slow.

I was just talking to the staff about ways to boost the artist thread activity in the suggestions thread yesterday. I think if they decide to take on some of my ideas, people are gonna want to start using the artist threads A LOT MORE!

Omo, which ideas were they? I wanted the Groups and Solo artists to be separated to make it easier to navigate through them

I said that every group should get a gif badge and that the only way to claim it would be to post a certain amount in that group's artist thread. Plus I said instead of just giving the top poster a custom badge when the thread gets to 50 pages, the top 3 should get a custom badge because that gives more incentive for people to actually talk in there instead of just one person posting updates all the time.

That sounds interesting but, it might be complicated to do it or even moderate it. Obviously some people will just write random things in the threads just to have posts in them and have badges
It would still be pretty interesting to have something like that tho~

I would just be up to the OPs of the artists threads to moderate them.
