Do you prefer to watch tv shows/anime etc. weekly or binge them all at once? (1 Viewer)

I used to prefer binging them at release when all the episodes were released but lately I havent really watched any shows and only weekly anime and I kinda prefer it more now. Makes me look forward to something each week and keeps being exciting for the whole runtime instead of maybe just 2.3 days after binging

I don’t have time nowadays to watch shows, so I binge when I’m free for a certain period of time. It’s definitely more convenient to have access to all of the episodes at once, and content-wise I love binging bc all of my emotions are just there like but the anticipation and suspense for new episodes is what probably makes watching weekly more interesting

Because I watch like 3 episodes a day, when i dont sleep/lazy around a lot

1 episode a week gives me too much anxiety and expectations. I can only watch once a week if it is to talk bad about the show.

it depends on how long the show is. when it comes to kdramas which are usually 16-18 episodes long, if i have time i can binge watch 3-4 episodes each day but if the show has more than one season i usually just watch one episode a day. the only time i binge watched something longer was when i started watching grey's anatomy 4 years ago and wanted to catch up on the remaining 11 seasons, that's when i would watch even 7 episodes a day

I prefer watching multiple episodes per week rather than waiting once a week for a new episode. I usually just wait until a show is done airing to watch it

I watch a bunch of episodes in a day, and then drop it for like ages, and then start it weekly instead of binging.

It depends on the show I'm watching. If it's interesting enough, I can binge it in a few days. If not, I take breaks and watch it. I actually prefer waiting a week for each episode because I can manage my time better and think about the plot more. I had to wait each week for Hotel Del Luna and I preferred that (even though the wait was excruciating) because I don't think I would have finished it if I had binged it. Whenever I start binging something, I'll binge the first few episodes (might go half way if it's really interesting) and then forget about it

Apart from anime, one of the few dramas I've ever binge watched in one full sitting is Your Honour. I think that's the only one lol.
