Are you a sleeping beauty?
Do you sleep a lot of hours per day or can you run miles and miles on just 5 hours or less?

i prefer to sleep at least 8 hours per day, sometimes it turns into 7 depending on what time i go to bed
when i do not have to go to work the next day and i do not have anything else in the morning, i easily sleep for 9 to 10 hours, love it :jenniesmug:


my co worker thinks she is showing off by saying she has a few hours sleep per day only
and then easily works 6/8 hours at our company , afterwards she goes to football practice and often after that she has a night shift for some other job.....

i think the woman is crazy, she never stops and chills out basically
every time she talks about it i am like

just talking about it

i hate sleeping, it's a waste of time and to some extent the thought of falling asleep scares me (i know it sounds irrational but i looked it up and apparently hypnophobia is a real thing so it's not just me). for me it's 5-6 hours a day and that's enough, i don't think i've slept 10 hours more than once in my life. i usually don't feel physically tired, but i could never be like your coworker and do things like football practice... not because i'm exhausted or anything but because i'm lazy and awful at sports :wimwim:

I sleep from 10/11pm to 5/6am. If I get less sleep than that I feel really sick the next day. I can't function without sleep at all. I'm jealous of people that can go on with their day normally with only a few hours of sleep. Like even if I sleep one hour later than 11, I feel REALLY sick the next day.

gurl, that does not sound really swell, ever asked the doctor what is up with that?
i mean, everyone should be able to function ok if you sleep only few hours sometimes
if you seriously cannot handle 5 hours of sleep and next morning you totally sick, that is not good:umjicry:

I have definitely considered it though because I know it can't be normal to feel as sick as I do with 6-7 hours of sleep. That's not even an unhealthy amount. After I'm done with my exams I'm planning to go and see someone about it. Hopefully it's not anything serious though. I always just attributed it to stress...

Honestly I have been pushing seeing the doctor but now that I think about it I'm not even sure why. A migraine is the least of all the problems I have when I sleep for less than 8 hours so it's not like it's something that I can just deal with either... Now that I think about it maybe Im just too anaemic. I have very low iron levels and I have been forgetting to take my iron supplements for a while... I should probably go get a blood test too while I'm at it.

oh and about my niece , ugh it is a whole big story i cannot explain within 1 or 2 sentences
something is just off, i am not sure if it also has to do with mental stuff

she often says she can't sleep because of her head and mental stuff too and then she usually gets up in the afternoon if she has nowhere to go............:kijoongstare:

saying for years she feels sick and then not ending up going to school.... it is all weird and worrisome but she not very open about it
