I used to smoke when I was 19 because I was always stressed I stopped smoking slowly and eventually just forgot about it, which was harder then it sounds.

I've come down from like 20 to 5 daily but it hasn't stopped completely lol. I'm willing to try e-cigarettes and see how it goes.

Have you ever try it? I haven't so dunno about the taste

Haven't tried it either I just smoke the usual cigarette but lesser than before lol, maybe I'll try harder after I'm married and stuff XD
