ARE TOP TIERS ON MY VISUAL RANK FOR 2020..

and Doyoung but i still class him as a visual tbh]

No. Shotaro definitely isn't a visual but he is the first member of NCT Japan (excluding Yuta obviously) and they probably want to give him some proper promo to help him gain a bigger fan base hence being a part of the title track promotions.

I hope nct japan has a visual cause atm it doesnt cause yuta is super unique looks wise
im curious what going happen with the japan unit as they dont have to be fully japanese as japan dont care for that kinda thing
i feel like its going have a western member
