That's why I thought this would be a good comparison. Siwon is your typical handsome man and a traditional gentleman. While Heechul is handsome in a more boyish way and is a silly and funny guy.

It depends on the company. For example in JYP they have a dating ban in their first 3 years, but after that they can date.
