I used to fight people who said that but I figured they're right, I wasted so much time, energy and ruined my mental health for people I will never meet who won't even notice if you suddenly disappeared... I just wanna dump you all really but its hard... Deleted my discord, made people angry on purpose, blocked some on insta... But my issue is I do care, even if I claim the opposite... I care about everyone, but I really really don't want to

The internet is a great and terrible place at times.
You meet wonderful people, and some that you just can't get along with, and that's okay :c
Although it does hurt, it's natural ;-;

My advice is to never get fully attached to anyone, period. Real life or internet friends because at the end of the day, they're also leading their own lives and if you set your expectations too high, then you'll only get disappointed.

Have a balance of 50/50, one half being where you love and cherish them, the other where you have accepted the fact that they will leave at one point (For the better or for the worse). This way you'll get hurt less because you weren't as emotionally invested and you would've accepted the fact that they were going to leave at some point.

I hope that you manage to find your inner balance about this, and not feel as hurt anymore :/

Then you need to feel more logically about your actions before taking them. Ask yourself questions to reassure yourself and your actions, is it worth it? Do they deserve it? It's easy to get caught up in the heart of the moment but taking a step back and self reflecting can be beneficial to making the right decision so that you don't feel this way

I don't think you're dumb, you seemed to lack assurance in your actions so I suggested a way to help you, sorry if it came off that way though ^^
