Most of it I've heard from fans across many fan sites that I lurk on.. And have heard prior. And Shannen doesn't do herself any favors at times. She was on andy cohen's show and he asked her to say three nice things about Alyssa Milano and she said: "Well, She's Pretty. She's Pretty... and.. She's Pretty." But there is some fan lore that Alyssa Milano was calling the shots, but I think it was more complicated than that.. There have been conflicting reports though with that part with Shannen saying that she was fired abruptly and then saying on ET that she wanted to quit and was tired of it:

I don't know if there was nepotism for holly, but Shannen was on good terms with Aaron after she got fired from 90210, so knowing him prolly helped her get the role.

Her and Holly had a reality show like a couple years ago where they travelled to different cities doing things.. And they regularly keep in contact as well.. Holly and Alyssa seem on good terms as they just did a cameo together on Grey's Anatomy.

Holly had just been in a show called Picket Fences prior to Charmed for four years. Not sure if she was a child actress like Alyssa and Shannen though... Cute story though, before Charmed Rose and Shannen were in a movie together:

About Alyssa, I would say it were a battle of different minds and thats why they clashed, but Rose recently said that working with Alyssa was traumatic for her to the point where she said she would cry everytime Charmed was renewed... While I don't use twitter I have read too many articles in the past two years about Rose and Alyssa that had screen grabs of tweets to know that their is some major issues.. But its hard to know if Alyssa was doing things or if its regular bitchiness that occurs when you work with people...

OMG! I fucking love Charmed! I've watched the whole show in re-runs about 10 times at this point although I don't know the episode names and everything like @raymondchouku I think my favourite character is Paige and my favourite season is maybe season 5 although I haven't rewatched them all in a while so I could change my mind later.

but after talking to @raymondchouku i found out that some people on the set did not like actress alyssa milano playing phoebe
so kinda give me feels like.... so what we all saw on screen was fake and REAL good acting instead REAAALLY good acting

I really respect Rose for how she carries herself even in the face of adversity and she doesn't compromise or make exceptions for people she likes, she holds everyone to the same standards.

There are certain people who can't work together because of butting heads, but the fact that Holly called out Alyssa for comments she made on twitter; Rose called out Alyssa over this and more; and Shannen had notorious issues with Alyssa after season 2 shows that it is likely that Alyssa has a problem working with other women.. There a clip where basically Alyssa said something about how she and shannen butted heads because shannen is more direct and headstrong while she was more docile and agreeable.. So, while I will watch a series with Alyssa Milano as I think she's a good actress I really don't have much respect for her as a person.

yes ginger paige! i liked season 5 too , stories are great in that season
especially also cause of the cole and phoebe story goin on

I would say to take anything Rose says with a grain of salt. No doubt she was abused in Hollywood, but I think she has serious problems that she has not worked with and she might have been projecting a bit. That said I do believe Alyssa has a problem with other women.

who is your fav male charachter from charmed?

Hard to say most of the main males from charmed are love interests. I was neutral toward Dan. Leo hmm... Some episodes I like him and in some episodes he becomes really preachy. That type of sanctimoniousness only works for Prue. Then we have cole who I only liked in limited episodes. I did like Chris a lot. Kyle was kind of iffy. Honestly, going through all the main males through charmed, it would be better Andy, Darryl, and Henry. I'd say for the purposes of plot, Darryl.

Yeah, I could have done without the Patty turning into a serial killer. I thought it was a dumb plot point. Also, when the trailer came out for Insatiable I thought it was going to be a late-teen school drama, but I don't remember Patty being in school all that much. And I did like it, but had higher hopes for it. One thing [that was a bit negligable to the plot] that I liked was how her mother explained that carrying around condoms in your pocket will make them ineffective because of the exposure to heat breaking down the chemicals of the plastic. A lot of people don't know that and it is important. lol

Yeah, Rose (the actress who plays Paige) is one of the first people who spoke out about Harvey Weinstein! You should watch a couple of interviews of her talking about it, he has spies following her and everything! She's a really brave and courageous woman!
