I mean tbh I can't fix my own sleep schedule no matter what I try so idk if I would have to resort to taking meds for it as well idkOnly way I manage to do it is with meds![]()
Mine knock me out but I highly doubt are available over the counter where you are, but it might be worth trying melatonin or something that isI mean tbh I can't fix my own sleep schedule no matter what I try so idk if I would have to resort to taking meds for it as well idk

I actually try to stay awake for longer than I would go to sleep (currently like 4am) but I end up falling asleep some time after that, but I personally just dont feel tired at all before that, but I might try that as well, since I'll be home for about 2 more weeks before having to go to work againIf I get into the habit of staying up until the early hours of the morning (so sleeping at 5-6am), but need to fix the schedule, I'll instead stay awake until about 10am. I'll then sleep for only a short period, no longer than 4 hours. That way I wake up (at around 2pm), tired, but energised enough to then go to sleep at about 10-11pm. Therefore, fixing my sleeping schedule to a more appropriate time. lol.
Some people take days to switch a sleeping pattern, but my method allows me to do so in just one day. I hope it helps you.
@Reo the trick with this is finding the approriate time for you to have a nap. It doesn't need to be 4 hrs, it can be as long as you like. And it doesn't matter if it means you have slept longer in the day than you wanted to. Just take that time to sleep for a short period, so it ties you over until the appropriate time you actually need to sleep. If I get into the habit of staying up until the early hours of the morning (so sleeping at 5-6am), but need to fix the schedule, I'll instead stay awake until about 10am. Yeah I have enough time to fix it I think, ~2 weeks, so I'll give your method a try first.@Reo the trick with this is finding the approriate time for you to have a nap. I've never taken meds for sleeping. Or even for help to fix a schedule.
I'm a gamer, so I've had MANY late nights playing games with friends. I'm currently in a bad-ish pattern now, where I'm going to sleep at about 2-3am. However, as we are in lockdown, it doesn't really matter right now lol.
Yes this!Yeah I have enough time to fix it I think, ~2 weeks, so I'll give your method a try first.
If I understand it correctly
Since I usually would go to sleep at like 4am these days, you said to stay up till like 10am, take a nap for how long u think will be enough to have u energised but also tired enough for you to more easily get to sleep at like 10-11pm?
I'll definitely try this out, thanksYes this!
It may be hard to stay awake until around 9-10am, but if you can and then take a short nap (try no longer than 4 hours) when you wake up at 1-2pm, that should be enough energy for a 9pm/10pm/11pm bedtime for sure lol.
