Tao has opened his feelings to the Korean female artist whom people believe is IU.


On November 21, the former EXO member went live on his Weibo account. During the live broadcast, Tao referred to his "love" for one certain Korean artist. He didn't personally reveal the identity of the artist but Netizens believe it's IU. Tao said, "I have a girl that I really like. I've sent her a DM, but there's no answer," and continued, "If this becomes a hot topic tomorrow, then I hope that she will also find out that I love her a lot. If that person likes me back, I can reveal everything in a heartbeat."

Tao has once uploaded a photo of IU on his Weibo before he eventually edited the post. On Instagram, IU is also one of the only three accounts that Tao follows. The other two he follows are the members of his company label L.Tao Entertainment. The singer explained that his love for the Korean female artist is "not a fan's love but real love." When some of the comments derided his statements, Tao said, "You are the worst."

Is this real I mean, it definitely seems like some thing Tao would do, especially the announcing it publicly part. But I also feel like he's old enough to know that someone who doesn't know him won't love him. I mean, do they even have any contact if it really is IU? This seems very random but if real, I hope he's close to the person he confessed to and I hope this doesn't put her in an uncomfortable situation.

If this involved two people of the normal class. You wouldn't be finding the guy's advancements to be 'cute'.
You'd quickly condemn him for having stalkerish tendencies, after putting her on the spot like that.
If she never replied, then that obviously means that she isn't interested. So don't try and seek a public response from her.
