Omg there are nap stations at your school? That's a thing? What are those even like?

It’s a designated place for people to take naps. We even have a nap week and nap month for self care week. Usually it’s just a quiet place for people to get snacks and a sleeping mask. You’re welcome to take a nap or color to rest. There’s also an egg chair in the main resting station.

If I'm home, I have one sometime in the afternoon and it's around 1-2 hours. If I'm really tired, it can go for longer. On days I'm busy, I don't have them. I just make sure my naps are never after 3PM because I always get a headache when I sleep around those times.

But back on topic, I basically stay up all night and take a few naps during the day and evening. My sleeping schedule is all messed up.
