Hence my perpetually dry lips (to be fair though, they’re dry even when I’m hydrated)

I'm trying to improve this tho, since getting hydrated is so important for our health.

I try to drink enough water throughout the day, but sometimes I don’t get enough.

This may sound weird, but a good way to know if you’re hydrated is if your pee runs clear and not yellow (in case anyone didn’t know that).

I don't that often, though I should. It's always been a bad habit of mine. I get all my water intake from fruits and tea and juice, but I don't drink water straight that much. In summer I drink more, cus I like water with ice, but in fall-spring it's too cold for that so i suffer.

2 cups every two hours starting at 10 am so 12 glasses total at the end of the day. i forget to drink and eat so that's why it's on a schedule it's weirdly strict i know but it works

I used to fill a jug of water and try to finish it at the end of the day but i just get distracted and forget

i get super distracted too tbh i just stop what i'm doing entirely if possible and drink the two cups in a row before resuming activity
