What is your favourite English accent? (3 Viewers)

Mine are:
a) Northern Irish
b) Australian (I´d say General Australian? as I have googled there might be some regional minor differences)
c) Welsh (I was a huge fan of Manic Street Preachers and listened to a LOT of their interviews, Welsh accent is just ... out of this world and the Welsh language; well not a surprise Tolkien took it for an inspiration for his elvish language).

I really like Australian accent.

But for regional dialect (British) I like Northern accents lol

Call me basic, but I prefer American accent. Since I am not a native English speaker, I can't really tell the difference between regional accents, especially British... and ugh, Scottish accent is so difficult to understand

Agh, I have forgotten to mention Louisiana accent. I like the Cajun French language (I know it is not an accent, but I´m sure it affects the regional accent too)

It really is, but I love having it.
Me and my family used to spend a week in summer at my Grandad's in Wiltshire, and it was as if we needed to come with subtitles the amount of times we had to repeat ourselves.

imagine the happiness of people who study English, are so happy that they are finally able to communicate just to discover ..... accents and regional dialects :D. for me it´s joy, for others ... pain :D.

I keep telling them too :). it´s all about hard work and dedication. not everyone is strong enough :D.

I see you are from Spain, as someone who is also not a native speaker, I agree with you. Though for me it is Scottish and Kiwi that are really interesting-sounding. They really do sound like different languages :D.
