Death Note (1 Viewer)

would you recommend Death Note to someone who has never seen animé before? Someone like me :D? I have only ever watched Pokémon and Digimon as a kid, but Death Note sounds interesting to me. Anyone?

right? I have never watched proper anime, so it is something I want to try. I have only watched Avatar: the Last Airbender last summer. I know it is American, but it is anime-inspired and I loved it to bits. And I want to be a cultivated person :D. Narruto just seems dreadfully long :D.
