Are there things that you have to do everyday because of habit or because of need that are out of the ordinary?

I have to drink caffeine everyday but that's not unusual it's just sad .

I also have a habit of only checking snapchat once per day usually at the same time

100% agree. Otherwise I get very sleepy during the afternoon. I hate coffee, but like Coke, so I'm going with the latter. I found one which contains no sugar so it's at least not that bad

wipe my phone with alcohol wipes multiple times a day and especially before i go to bed. i just hate when my phone is dirty but it's a good habit to have, especially during these times

Honestly I can’t think of anything... Oh I try to drink around 35 oz of water everyday.
