Well these generations never really have a fixed date lol.
But the general consensus is Itzy/TXT basically started the 4th gen since their predecessors BTS/Twice were the leaders of the 3rd gen, so early 2019. But 2018 debuts like IZ*ONE, (G)I-dle and even Loona are also kinda included since most of their career will take place in this gen.
So Itzy, IZ*ONE, Idle, Loona, Everglow, Aespa, Weeekly, StayC, TXT, Treasure, and others.
