I heard that some people think that their performances weren't good
I think it was ok tho.I still think that the hiatus after 2017 affected them alot but at the same time,D4 choreo is so bad so idk

Choreo is indeed simple and that may ruin the excitement and stagepresence

Way below what K-Pop could offer. I understand that GMA performances are usually limited in what they can provide, but this performance wasn't even worth their trip to America.

They need more songs tbh... People will get tired watching the same performance over and over again.. I also agree the long hiatus affect their stage presence/performance alot, sure they still practice in a dance studio but training and performing to a huge crowd is a big difference..

They looked really stiff and robotic I think they could have relaxed a bit and had more fun on stage

I think they did good, not amazing. It was like a normal performance for them which I guess is cuz the stages were super small. D4s choreo being lacklustre in some parts doesn’t help either. They all sounded great though, and Jennie slayed her rap parts with her hair flips. If they performed like Boombayah or AIIYL they would have done amazing cuz those choreos are more hard hitting (really any of their choreos pre-square up). But those are older songs so I guess that’s why they didn’t perform them. I also wasn’t a fan of all of the outfits either but those are subjective, other people loved the outfits. I also don’t think they looked nervous during the performances, moreso during the interviews.

90% of the negative comments are coming from projects created to fake a negative reaction though. In the first 2 days there were barely any negative comments then the projects came and the comments/dislikes flooded in. Not gonna mention who those are by.

They will come back on these shows with new songs and hopefully better choreos in April though and I expect them to do great then. They’ve been touring and performing great on their tours on big stages for the last 3 months so that will definitely help them, especially at Coachella. I want them to perform boombayah so badly there. Just for the beginning and it’s a banger.

i completely agree with you. tbh if they performed a song like whistle or playing with fire then it would probably look way better. they did the best they could with the stage that they were given lol.
