YAAAAAAAAAASSSSSS I LOVE ASIAN FOOD!!! Here's what I like from each country I've tried:
Lebanon: pretty much anything lol I fell in love after I was assigned to cook a Lebanese meal for home ec in 12th grade.
India: lamb Korma (and anything else with lamb that isn't too spicy lol), naan, raita (hope I spelled that right - it's like a rice yogurt thing) Gulab Jamun
China: shrimp/lobster lo mein, sweet and sour chicken/pork/shrimp (yes, there's a Chinese place across the street from me that has a shrimp option for sweet and sour lol), sesame chicken, chicken/lobster fried rice
Thailand: pad Thai, pad see ew (correct me if I spelled it wrong lol I probably did...)
Vietnam: pho
South Korea: Korean BBQ steak, Korean house noodles
Japan: sushi, sashimi, pickled ginger, seaweed, udon, ramen, crab Rangoon
