I think if you do get convicted and sentenced, Korean law is pretty harsh when it comes to drugs. But seeing as he's a celeb, his lawyer might manage to help him avoid actual prison time and settle for a heavy fine and probation.
His public reputation and any chances of a future music career might as well be dead tho, atleast as an idol or BTOB member. He might go solo, I know quite a few K-hiphop artists have had their encounters with marijuana or other cases lol.
