My cat is so scared of fireworks (1 Viewer)

My cat is so scared of fireworks. NYE is probably the scariest time of the year for her. We struggled all day because she was hiding under the cabinet, in the corner. Any loud sound scares her

[Ahsoka]

That sucks, fireworks are pretty but the poor animals that have to deal with it

exactly... also in my country we have a tradition with drums and bells and small things that explode, so lots of noise for animals...

Fireworks are such a nuisance and have so many serious cons.

same for my 16 year old cat

my new kitten of 7 months old , today will be his first new year , i got no clue but i think he might be pretty chill with the fireworks

[Tickita]

Aww. Is there a way to calm her down?

[Wingfrost]

Poor baby we thankfully don’t have many people around us who set off fireworks so they don’t have to deal with it too much
