Cold Or Hot Drinks? (1 Viewer)

So I actually am a cold drink person basically ALL the way.
I like frozen hot chocolate, ice tea, iced coffee, and frappes as well as cold water.
There is something almost dessert-like or refreshing about cold drinks.
I prefer them like that but I will on occasion have a hot drink like Hot cocoa.

What about you?

[bulletproof]

Hot, my throat is very sensitive

[Jewel]

Cold drinks. I get hot too easily.

Really? I feel like if your throat is sensitive it would be the opposite?

I'm the same way tbh.

Yeah, I get a sore throat very easily

Wait but cold drinks would be better then?

Cold usually

No, if I drink cold drinks I usually get a sore throat. Even in summer if I use ice, I only use 2 cubes or something

You're American right?
I was working in a bakery in the US a few years ago and I remember how much ice I was asked for a cultural shock for me to give a full cup of ice

Yeah, we Americans are used to having ice at our disposal. Ice-making machines on our fridges or in our freezers, Ice cube trays or big bags of ice too. And ice in every drink you get at restaurants basically too. I know my parents were shocked when they went to Europe and nobody used ice basically.

Haha, same here. When I was in the US for vacation I always saw that "ice-cold" drinks were advertised everywhere and I'm also someone who gets a sore throat then
