I’m not a ramen junkie and I don’t eat it often at all but I swear watching Korean Dramas...make me feeling a certain away about certain noodles.​

Anyway I'm a noob too. There's a store near me with what looks like tons of ramen flavors, and one day I wanna try it.

i shall not add that the only reason I started putting onion was because I accidentally cut too much and I had onion ramen for days

I like my ramen spicyyy, so with 20cent ramen I'll add a little samyang hot chicken sauce, and some doenjang
And then I'll usually add an egg, whatever meat I have that I can slice and some onion.

If I bought stuff that's too hecking spicy though I'll add a little bit of sugar so that it has a flavor besides burning

I love spicy, but even the mildest tasting spice in Korean ramen makes me chug down a gallon of milk. I’m weak sauce. Oh! I didn’t know that sugar could be used to soothe the heat down. But your recipe sounds yummy. :)
