YES, I AM LABELING THIS AS SENSITIVE BECAUSE I'M EMOTIONAL.

Anytime I try to commence a three-way trade a card in it was already traded away so I can't do it when I figure out another trade I go to ask the person and BOOM they already traded their card away to someone else who won't give it up.

See I'm trying to be smart with card trading but it feels like I'm getting farther and farther away from completing any of my sets because I can't set up any smart trades with anyone.

And whats more aggravating is there is a group I feel like where I'm one of the few people collecting for it and legit nobody will throw me a bone except for a specific someone who is an angel.

But oof how do you keep your spirits up with this game when this keeps happening? I'm genuinely curious and don't be an ass, please.

I missed on like 3 different trade opportunities for Yura in like 1 day. Like I even had this 4 step trade mentally planned out but the card got traded

I think that I don't have the same kind of problems as you considering I'm collecting boy group cards and although they are less popular except for some groups, they are basically just hard to get at depending on the rarity of the card. I don't worry as much about others trading for them before I can get there.

I also am a fan of so many groups that I'm satisfied by most boy group cards I receive. If I can't get a good trade for a card that I just received then I keep it and/or try to trade it with Yachii eventually.

I do feel sorry though that I can't help you more, fortunately for me I am only in possession of cards that I really like, unfortunately for others that need trades. I do keep you in mind if I get group cards that you like so I'll make sure to tag you if I ever get a card you're interested in.

The most I can do for myself is to remind myself that it's a game and I don't have to stress myself out too much over it. If you're not having fun with the card game then it can be more of a burden than a fun pasttime. I make jokes about my bad luck or things like that with people and it becomes easier to deal with

I'm not complaining about any of the help I have gotten btw I'm really appreciative of it in all honesty I just sometimes get down when I have a really off day or week on here with the cards. I try to turn it positive but sometimes my mood gets the better of me.

we've all had our little scuffles with the generator or the game, i can think of like
eclipse only getting boy group cards over and over, she helped me complete a couple of my stray kids set bc of that
cal being stuck from completing 4 different groups because he was missing one card each
shinee not getting a blackpink card for forever until i finally pulled a rose, she stacked probably like 10 cards waiting for them
yellowcoat's quest for minho and yongguk
and of course the never ending wish for more yujin, jennie, and yoohyeon cards

It's ok to get frustrated because I'm sure we all have, and can bond in our misery together and then rejoice in our victories together

Just think... This is just a trading game and you'll get the card/s you want eventually. It can be frustrating to wait for that certain card but it will come to you.


The advice about multi-trades, if you don't do this already (as it's not clear in the OP), is that when you spot a multi-trade you must immediately inform all those involved. Go to their profile or a trade thread and tag everyone with your idea/plan. They'll get the notification and will hold on to the card for the multi-trade. It's unusual for people to not agree to a decent multi-trade when you all get a card you want/need.

If they don't agree, at least then you all know there and then so you can move on to find another multi-trade or person to fill in for the one that just left etc.

Funnily enough not long after making this thread I figured out a three-way trade that might actually be working out so I have nothing to trade right now.

Also, even Ozy has had a 3-way trade fail b4 n then i swooped in n suggested a multi(i cant rmbr 3/4) way deal tat moved many wanted/stuck cards. I was struck by inspiration but it wouldnt hv worked without the failure of the earlier deal. Ask ozy if it helps to think tat way.

The only(i hope you do take consolation or at least commiseration from it) thing is i think all of us or most of us looking for so many sets also struggle/face unfulfilled trades/offers.
