God damn the Dream SMP is so good and I suffer every night that my faves aren't streaming!

Essentially... it's a Minecraft server that a bunch of youtubers/Twitch streamers play on!
only a long time ago now it got wayyy out of hand with the roleplay and now it features countries and wars and canon deaths and ghosts etc and it is SO GOOD

The members are all so god damn good at roleplay and acting, the story is A+++, the characters are addicting and I just love it pieces.

The fandom only makes it better, they make animatics and animations about it, long threads about theories and the FANART is honestly unbeatable!

My favourite of the streamers is also the most popular one (technoblade) only he comes with the downside of... NEVER GOD DAMN STREAMING OR UPLOADING!!!! IT'S BEEN SIX GOD DAMN DAYS FFS!!!!! My other favourites are Ranboo, who is a new member but has very quickly established his character as one of the best on the server! Then my last favourite is the good ole' Philza, who can be summed up as.... Dadza.

I love it so much and I cannot get over how much I love it and I have literally 0 ppl I know who are also into it, so I'm just about ready to implode with the need to rant about this!

GOD DAMN TECHNOBLADE STREAM ALREADY I NEED YOU TO INTERACT WITH RANBOO LIKE ASAP!!!!! IT'S BEEN LIKE A WEEK SINCE HE MOVED IN WITH YOU AND YOU ARE YET TO INTERACT ON STREAM WITH HIM FFS!!!!!

Also Philza god damn stop ADOPTING KIDS! I mean thanks for adopting Ranboo, bcs that baby god damn NEEDED that, but you barely take care of the children you already have, so like..... PLEASE take care of Ranboo, bcs holy shit does that kid need taking care of!

I'm a massive Etho fan, but haven't really looked into the viewpoints of other Hermits!

DEFINITELY get into the Dream SMP! Also... I'm in pain, bcs Techno has said that he prefers the fanart that feature him as a pig, rather the ones that feature him as a pretty anime boy with long pink hair and that is just P.A.I.N bcs IT IS SO SUPERIOR! I mean the pig ones look badass too, but the anime boy ones are SO PRETTY!!!

It's also KIND of a good time to get into the SMP, bcs a MASSIVE event just recently went down and new storylines haven't started to fully happen yet

A LOOOOOT of stuff has happened! Like the storylines go DEEP and the characters are just... Like we straight up have to differentiate the characters and the people playing them, bcs otherwise just.... OOF

If you don't want spoilers don't read these, but like..... yeee I was just bored So I'm writing out the basics of what happened in the spoilers! I can recommend you the videos to watch to catch up!

Spoiler: Season 1 (This one is quite short tbh)

Tommy and Tubbo are friends
Tommy has discs
Dream steals Discs
Tommy & Tubbo fight to get them back, they get them back
Wilbur joins
Tommy, Tubbo & Wilbur make a drug van to sell drugs. That escalates and they declare themselves seperate and independent from the Dream SMP. They will be call L'Manburg and no americans are allowed in there
Dream SMP and L'Manburg fight.... L'Manburg looses, but Tommy exchanges some discs in exchange for independence

END OF SEASON 1

Season one was like.... the Dream SMP BECOMING the Dream SMP. The lore wasn't as deep, they weren't trying to really make a story out of it, it just sort of.... happened

Season 2 was when they started to do a LOT more planning and work to really make a story out of it and it shows.

Spoiler: Season 2 (When things REALLY take off)

L'Manburg is happy and great, Wilbur is the president, Tommy is the VP
They decide to hold an election to consolidate their power. They plan on being the only candidates
Plan goes wrong, other candidates appear
JSchlatt joins the server and forms a joint election thing or smth with Quackity
They hold the election, viewers can vote on who will be the president
Jschlatt and Quackity's get enough votes together to win

Jschlatt exiles Tommy & Wilbur form L'Manburg
Tommy&Wilbur get Technoblade onto the server to help them get back L'Manburg
Jschlatt renames L'Manburg to Manburg, bcs "They don't take L's"
Tommy&Wilbur name their new settlement Pogtopia
Technoblade is anti-government and an anarchist, he agrees to help destory Manburg.
Tubbo is the secretary of state in Manburg, he is also spy for Pogtopia

Jschlatt has Tubbo organize a festival to celebrate and stuff
Wilbur reveals to Tommy that he has TNT rigged underneath Manburg and is ready to blow it all up after Tubbo's speech
Wilbur has gotten help from Dream with the TNT (Not sure, I think it was like this)
Tommy is EXTREMELY against that, Technoblade approves.
After Tubbo holds his speech, Jschlatt reveals that he knows that Tubbo is a spy
Jschlatt calls Technoblade up on the stage and orders Techno to kill Tubbo
Techno does just that, but also kills BOTH Jschlatt and Quackity in the process
Techno proceeds to kill everybody attending the festival
Wilbur fails to blow up Manburg bcs the redstone he rigged up had been removed
Tommy is mad at Techno for killing Tubbo
Tubbo is no longer a spy and is now at Pogtopia

FINAL BATTLE

Dream and his friends now are fighting for Manburg
Technoblade reveals that he has grinded for a month to get 5 sets of netherite armor + a lot of other gear for Pogtopia
both sides fight, Pogtopia is winning
Dream calls the fighting to a halt and calls them all to look at something
that something is a drunk af Jschlatt
Tommy is ready to kill Jschlatt, but he dies of a heart attack first
Pogtopia rejoices. Tommy hands power to Wilbur, Wilbur says he cannot be the president with a clear conscience and hands power over to Tubbo
in the midst of all the happiness Wilbur sneaks off to the control room of all the TNT
Technoblade kills Tubbo and declares that he will kill them all for setting up ANOTHER government "I did not spend weeks getting you guys gear, just for you to replace one tyrant with another"
Technoblade starts killing them all
Wilbur is ready to press the button to blow L'Manburg up
Philza joins the server and tries to hold Wilbur back
Wilbur blows up L'Manburg anyway
Wilbur begs Philza to kill him and after some objections Philza does so. Wilbur looses his last canon life
Technoblade spawns 2 withers, which are killed after a bit of struggle

L'manburg is a small crater
Tommy & Tubbo create a new L'Manburg government despite that

END OF SEASON 2

Tbh I would say that the 3rd "season" also just finished, but I can not be bothered to write out the line of events..... + there hasn't yet really been videos posted of the streams that make up season 3 like there has been of the previous ones. I'm sure we'll get there eventually tho.

Both are tricky bcs you never know when Techno is gonna stream TT could be tomarrow, could be not for another 2 weeks....
And Ranboo is just MEAN

his entire chat will confirm it, Ranboo is MEAN!!!! He will do a casual stream that is just him normally having fun and laughing and then with NO WARNING WHAT SO EVER HE WILL SWITCH INTO LORE MODE!!! And it's scary and it's mean bcs you never know when it's going to happen!
