Off the top of my head, I have to say the train scene from spirited away, because I think it's part of what differentiates spirited away from other animated films.
I couldn't find the clip anywhere though ripriprip. :/​

This scene is one of my all time favorites in any film ever.

The first reveal of the dinosaurs in Jurassic Park.

There's a special beauty to it.

The emotional wonder of seeing something every kid dreams of when they are young.

Dinosaurs. Real dinosaurs.

It brought them to life in a way that almost brings me to tears to my eyes every time I watch it.

Oh, and another one! I really love that scene in HP&TSS where Harry and Hermoine are in... I think Potions class? Somebody correct me lol but Harry mispronounces "leviosa" (as in wingardioum leviosa) and Hermione is like "It's Leh-vee-OH-sa, not Leh-vee-oh-SAH!" I may horribly be misremembering because I'm not a Potterhead at all, so please be kind when correcting me. lol
