I went hiking and it was cold and then hot and then my heel started hurting and then my back started hurting and then I was cold again and now my head hurts.
At least I have an excuse to not go next time

Yeah it does. Especially in rural areas of the US. I was one who thought hiking looked fun and beautiful but its a lot of work. Good exercise though. Last time I went with my family, I was SO SORE...
