To be fair I don't consume dairy these days.... atleast not too often because it makes me dizzy for some reason so I haven't had cereal in over a year

Cereal is my go to breakfast coz it's quick and easy
Since I have to rush to get to work on time lol.

Understandable.
I prefer hot breakfast. Buckwheat pancakes or some leftover rice is it for me. I'm not really a cereal person. The only cereal I've liked is the original cornflakes, not those flavored ones

It's easier to control the ratio and portions that way.

You put in however much portion of cereal you want to eat. Then milk to your desired ratio.

If you do it the other way you may have too much or too little milk for the amount of cereal you want to eat.
