Are You Picky With Restaurants? (1 Viewer)

I honestly never thought about it too much.
But I'm not too picky.
I've been to many restaurants that look sketchy
but then they serve amazing food
including stuff that I can eat without getting sick.

I mean a nice setting is always appreciated by me but I never let it dictate how I feel about a restaurant.
I'll on occasion feel like the staff isn't the best but besides that, I'm not that picky.

I went to a Korean BBQ for the first time yesterday with my BF.
When we left he mentioned all these things that rubbed him the wrong way
about the place and the stuff and the environment.
And I'm over here like....I didn't fucking notice any of that or care?
So I'd say he's a bit picky where I'm not.

no, if anything I prefer cheaper restaurants/cafes outside of touristy areas; the food tends to be a lot better anyways
same goes with street food, it feels a lot less stuffy than formal restaurants

How did you like having Korean BBQ for the first time? I find it to be good, but it’s never something that I crave or think about tbh. I like the environment mainly because there’s K-Pop playing. Lol

It's not. My BF I guess wasn't sure if his issues were cultural differences or if it was just the way it was run.

I really like Korean food. I like Asian food, in general, it's my favorite type of food so I really enjoy myself.

I don't know what would be considered touristy where I am because it isn't really a place you'd visit. I know my sister when she comes back down she gets Cane's and Rooster's because they don't have them where she lives now.

Chinese is my got to but I love Vietnamese food too.

My ultimate favorite is Indian though but it's expensive so I rarely do it and the same goes for Korean BBQ now.

I adored it. The Bulgogi (I've had before I just got it because it was something simpler my BF would like), and the Bi Bim Bap was once again so I could have something simpler that her might like-I want to experiment more in the future. Just sad about the noodles.

I'm not picky.

I prefer hole in the wall joints. Diners. Etc.


I used to go on road trips with my dad and godfather growing up to Colorado. And we'd eat at all the local places. Still do when we go 4-wheeling.

If anyone ever gets to Buena Vista Co. There's a local diner called Jan's. Good home cooking and breakfast food.

It'd depend as if i'm by myself then I'd just want a place I could get a good meal from but if I'm with someone then i'd care a little about stuff like atmosphere and if the staff are overbearing

I’ve actually never has Vietnamese food before. I’ve had Thai and I didn’t like It. I tried Indian too but nah. :/

Not with the visual quality of the restaurant. Hole in the wall restaurants are my fave.

But for some reason, I tend to avoid asian restaurants that are actually asian. Scared to try it but idunno why
