They got lucky as Inkigayos biggest categories are digitals and then Youtube views now the 2nd song they were against is #2 on Melon and Aespa was charting but not anything amazing.

The part they got lucky with though was they had good enough Youtube views that they got the maximum score after the bigger ones got eliminated from having the triple crown and the other contenders being just weak enough elsewhere that they won from that.

Depends on how they debut like SM tends to debut their girl groups with single albums which leaves room for a lot of groups to potentially block them but if they debut with a mini album then there's a good chance they could win

yeah no physicals hurt the chances of an earlier win a lot
I can see ygngg getting a debut win, and maybe mystic (they’re a subsidiary under sm so idk if they count) too since they have very high profile trainees in the lineup
I’m not as familiar with jyp trainees so I can’t much about them
