Many have a more generic "card look"

Everyone's closely cropped to their just their face with a standard blank stare.

They all look similar. There's no context.

But Yuqis looks so cool. You can see her outfit. She's in an interesting pose. With some context of the background and setting.

She's so pretty and unique.

You have the opposite of my taste. I like it when it's standardized in a way and the card itself is too dark for me to interpret the background. But I do somewhat see the appeal of it being different.
