First, I hope I am not putting it under the wrong section, but since we are not discussing anything graphic, I don´t feel the 18+ is needed, so apologies. If Im putting anyone into an uncomfortable position, please, skip that thread.

Second, I know that the immediate reaction is (because you are kind, polite and wonderful ♥) is to say BUT WHY DOES IT MATTER?! but it does matter to some extent. So before answering... honestly ... try to imagine yourself talking to a wo/man who is let´s say 25+, 30+ or even 40+ that you like, but they are like "I´m a monk, nun" in that area (though, let´s be honest, there are other ways to keep one entertained :P). How would you react? Would that be a big deal? What would you honestly think?

Well, I´m known to not be afraid to talk about things others are ... what can I say.

I'd be fine with it as I wish I was still one myself. I've only ever had one partner and I wish I hadn't given it to them. So I would probably respect that they were waiting for the right one.

I'm cool with it if it's a personal choice and not in spite of trying. Some people might not feel it's for them, which is okay.

For people who do want that experience and have gone some years without it, I'd suggest just do it once and get it out the way coz the longer you want to have it but can't, it becomes a big burden and might affect your self confidence and mess with you in other ways. Also if you enter into a relationship later and don't know your way around things, it could be a bit awkward. If you can't find a romantic partner, there's still other ways you can take care of it, so if it's something you must have but haven't been able to despite getting up there in years, I'd say just do it.
