Even if it's still in the submission phase? Since I get once it goes over to the actual roulette part they are locked in so was mainly wondering for what to do when it's the 17th

well i mean do you plan to put in 5 cards and maybe want to replace one with the daily you can get?

Yeah it'd just be for if I get something that day that I could replace Hyoyeon with since that's currently my 5th card beforehand in a best case scenario

hmm, try to change the card as early as possible then, it'd be hell to retrace every users card for one to see if they already got it if you decided to exchange them like an hour before the roulette

Nah it'll be couple of hours max as I'll rush to get my daily so there's more chance it isn't in

User Rules
Rule 1: You can’t trade the cards you enter with others during the Event
Rule 2: Don’t insult other users if they get a card you wanted
Rule 3: Don’t bash the card you end up getting
Rule 4: Don’t bash this Event. If you have suggestions and critique post it in the Events Suggestion Thread, tagging Cal and/or me

Event Rules
Rule 1: The maximum amount of cards you can enter is 5
Rule 2: There is a chance you will receive the same card you entered
Rule 3: No duplicate cards!
Rule 4: No take backs! Once you enter your cards in the Roulette you agree to the “trade”
Rule 5: Limited cards can be entered as well!
Rule 6: Cards can be entered the entirety of first Event day
Rule 7: Cards will be drawn the second Event day

However there are two extra rules for this special roulette
Special Rule 1: You will only be able to get one of the 4 VCs (in case you entered more than 1 card)
Special Rule 2: 4 of the most common cards will be deleted permanently, so the ones who entered them won't get them back and they won't be drawn by other participants too
