This is insane, I'm so mad right now!! Kard is totally gone which means that a good chunk of their Latin fandom is fucked. Most of us don't have access to korean streaming platforms, let alone having a subscription.

Might be in the process of removal, i think more songs will be removed soon, 70% of the kpop industry is distributed by kakao, only the top 3-4 & some other companies have their own distribution channels or different distributors.

I still don't understand why this has happened to affect international fans. I get why it'd be the case in Korea, but didn't they change Melon so no international fans could access it? If we can't access Melon, how are we supposed to stream?

Melon was happy probably before this dominating the korean market and was ok with spotify if they didnt mess with their hegemony, but since spotify arrived to korea, its like a superpower arrived to gobble everything up and making them lose market shares.
