However i attended a small highschool so I know what both are like

However i attended a small highschool so I know what both are like
im doing social work now at a school that is well known but not huge compared to others
i think i prefer that
this way you not just a number for the teachers and staff
when a school is smaller, student wise, you get more chance of getting close with people from the school
more chance of real care
as the bigger the school, the less easy it is to really truly care about enough students as the amount of students its just too large
so they turn into a number

thats how dutch people talk about it in reviews often about big schools here

I went to a smaller uni and I liked that I wasn´t "just a number", however in lacked in funds and opportunities when it came to international relations, diversity and interesting projects. It also lacked the "famous name" so getting a diploma there resolved in people cringing "I had no idea there is a university". However, the experience was different, we didn´t have any uni parties, people were really mature and most people, especially those who made it till last year were quite responsible. It was boring in a way, but safer and I think maybe even a bit less stressful?

yeah, I don't really care about any of that as stuff like parties and whatnot long as I graduate with my degree and is able to enter the workforce the right way
